Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Adding Notes, Allergy & Medication Information
When someone scans your lost pet's tag they will be able to see any information about any allergies that your pet may have, any medications they are taking, in addition to any notes about your pet that may be useful to them.
It is important to make sure that this information is as accurate as it can be. In this guide, we will explain how easy it is to update this important information:
Head over to the Pets section
Click on the Pets icon in the left-hand menu (it will be in the top-right-hand corner if you're on a mobile device), you will then see each of the pet's that you have linked to your account.
Select Update Information
You will see that every pet has their own section with their name, profile picture, breed, and much more. Within each pet's section will be a button labelled "Update Information". Once you click "Update Information" you can begin editing their profile.
Update The Necessary Fields
You will see fields labelled "Notes", "Allergies", "Medication". You can now enter in any information you would like into each of these fields.
Save your changes
Once the new information has been added, make sure you click the "Save Information" button.
