Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
Have you just received an email that your payment didn't go through? In order to prevent any dispruptions to your service, please follow the instructions beneneath on how to update your payment information and reactivate your subscription:
Head over to our Login Page and log in using the Magic Link which is sent to your registered email inbox.
On the homepage you will see button labelled "Reactivate". Please go ahead and push this button.
You will now be able to review and update the payment information that is currently on your account.
Once the required changes have been made, please click update. We will then attempt payment again, if successful then your subscription will be reactivated.
